  1. I hereby believe that my yacht, its rigging and its crew are sound and in good condition to race. I realize that the decision to race is solely mine and that it is my responsibility to provide adequate safety equipment for myself and my crew. I agree further that neither I nor any member of my crew will hold the members of the Ithaca Yacht Club, the race committee or any regatta officials liable in any way for any damage to my yacht or for any loss of life or injury to myself or any of my crew. My yacht is covered by appropriate liability insurance, covering all potential liabilities associated with competing in this regatta. My yacht conforms in every way to the J/24 Class Association Rules.

  2. The undersigned acknowledges that in consideration of the efforts of the host organization(s), for being allowed to participate in this regatta and the acceptance of this application to race, He/She will be responsible for any damages to the host club and facilities that is caused by them, their family or their crew while attending the regatta. Any damages must be promptly reported to the host(s).

  3. The undersigned acknowledges that in consideration of the efforts of the host organization(s), for being allowed to participate in this regatta/races and the acceptance of this application to race, He/She will be responsible for any purchases made at the Ithaca Yacht Club during the regatta by crew or family.

Early Entry Fee: $55.00

***Entry fees are not refundable and must be received by July 9th, 2011 or entry fee will be $65.00.
