Thanks for all your hard work yesterday at the Ithaca Yacht Club Spring Work Party
I just wanted to thank all the volunteers at the Saturday work party.
We got a tremendous amount of work accomplished on Saturday at the spring cleanup work party thanks to the help of over 20 volunteers.
Frank Flannery generously donated his time and front end loader to cleaning the cliffs and parking lots.
Steve LIttle also generously donated his time and back hoe to cleaning culverts and grading the parking lots.
Jesse Miller brought his trailer for hauling leaves and chainsaw for cutting up the large downed oak tree in the south boat parking lot.
Bruce Caward donated lights and his electrical expertise for new lighting on the decks that he and Rich Uhlig installed.
We had so many more people who helped rake leaves, plant flowers, clean the gardens, wash windows and investigate and fix plumbing at the Main club in the attic and fix plumbing on the south docks.
A big thank you to all for generously donating your hard work and time and expertise to making this a very succesful work party.
We have another work party this coming Sunday from 9 AM to 12:30 PM. Here are some of the activities we will be doing:
