Pilates at the Club.......
Pilates Mat Classes will kick off this Saturday, July 21 at 9:30 am. Depending on the weather it will be held outside on the patio or in the dining room.
Logistics:
- You will need to provide your own mat and bring a water bottle
- There is no cost for the class
- For this first class it will be for members only and then we can look to open up to guests in the future
- I would like to get an idea of attendance, so please email me if you plan to be there or if you have any questions
